     My name is Roisin and I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) a year ago. I've tried reading through so many online websites dedicated to telling me what I can and cannot eat, yet somehow it never becomes any clearer. Mostly due to the lack of easy, veggie recipes designed for women with PCOS. I wanted to start this blog to help myself as I make a concerted effort to lose some of this weight and maybe improve my symptoms. As a scientist I'm very inclined to writing reports and hope that by reporting back on new recipes I will be able to keep myself interested. As a vegetarian all these recipes are going to be vegetarian, I'm also a keen baker so there will be definitely be some healthier cake and bread recipes.
